I made my choice to buy a Scenic Home because of many reasons. First and foremost, I was welcomed with open arms by the sales agents... This was a huge decision for me and Claudia and Cathy were there to hold my hand during the entire process. They comforted my nerves and explained things to me so that they were easy to understand. Now that I have closed, I am absolutely in love with my home. They quality is superior and I am proud of my investment. When I compare my home to others in the area I feel good knowing I got the best quality home for a good price. I am proud to say that I am a Scenic Home owner.

Scenic Homes’ warranty department has always been there to fix any issue in a timely and friendly manner.  I love my new home.  This is the home of my dreams.  I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

For my interactions thus far, the Warranty Department does deserve the QBW Builder’s Integrity award, because they are truly the best unit of people that you have currently.
